PPMC is driven by a strong team of experienced and competent Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Planners and other professionals, which help to provide high quality technical and professional services to Public and Private sector clients.
The firm has its Head office in the Nation’s capital, Accra and three Zonal Offices at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region; Koforidua in the Eastern Region; and Ho in the Volta Region. The Head Office of PPMC in Accra, and the three zonal offices manage projects in all ten regions through resident staffs.
The head office in Accra is well equipped with computers and other related office and drawing equipments to handle all aspects of design, plotting, reporting and documentation, printing, photocopying and binding. The offices are fully networked with 24 hour internet connectivity through a server as a central storage point of information and data.
PPMC undertook several consultancy services of international status in various sectors, and some of these clients include the:
- Millennium Development Authority (MiDA),
- Central Region Development Commission (CEDECOM)/ Ministry of Trade and Industry;
- University of Ghana, Legon;
- School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences- Atomic;
- Ghana Institute of Languages

These assignments involve Feasibility studies and Site investigation, Community Mobilization and Sensitisation, Social and Environment Impact Assessment, Geotechnical and Geodetic investigations, Preparation of Designs, Preparation of Tender & Contract documents, Construction Supervisions and Defect Liability Monitoring.
While we maintain experienced professionals in all relevant disciplines of our operations, we also draw expertise from associate companies. We draw the expertise of these partner companies on a project by project basis in order to broaden the experience and capability of professionals, plants and equipment and other logistics.
